Basic turnover package scope.
Light cleaning covers kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, doors, baseboards, countertops, appliances, cabinets, sinks, mirrors, flooring, windows and other commonly used surfaces. Carpet cleaning may be included where applicable.
Trash removal includes haul-off of unwanted items, debris, abandoned belongings and turnover waste. The team works to leave the property clean and professionally presented when the job is complete.
Basic touch-ups may include nail-hole patching, minor wall repair, surface preparation, texture blending, caulking, paint touch-ups and cosmetic corrections.
Move-in preparation may include practical minor maintenance such as appliance, cabinet door, thermostat, hardware or fixture replacement, along with small plumbing or electrical corrections that fit the scope.
Punch-list walkthroughs and minor corrections are included whenever reasonably possible to help keep the turnover moving.
