The Standard Make-Ready Package is designed for apartments, rental properties, and investment units that require more than a basic turnover cleaning and preparation service. This package combines cleaning, repairs, maintenance, touch-ups, fixture replacement, and punch list completion into a more complete property preparation solution designed to help units become professionally restored, functional, and move-in ready.

This package includes all services provided within the Basic Turnover Package, including full-apartment cleaning, sanitation, trash removal, carpet cleaning when applicable, move-in preparation, rekeying, minor touch-ups, haul-off services, and general turnover preparation throughout the property.

In addition to standard turnover preparation, this package also includes minor plumbing and electrical fixture replacement services commonly needed during apartment turnovers and property maintenance projects. Services may include faucet replacement, toilet repairs or replacement, garbage disposal replacement, sink fixture upgrades, angle stop replacement, light fixtures, switches, outlets, ceiling fans, thermostat replacement, smoke detectors, recessed lighting upgrades, and other minor fixture-related maintenance items designed to restore functionality and presentation throughout the property.

Drywall repair and wall restoration services are also included whenever needed for minor to moderate damage. This may include patchwork, nail hole repair, crack repair, texture matching, tape and float correction, wall preparation, caulking, repaint touch-ups, and cosmetic wall restoration designed to help damaged areas blend naturally with surrounding surfaces.

Punch-list completion is another major part of this package. During walkthrough inspections, our team works hard to identify and complete as many reasonable maintenance items as possible to help simplify the turnover process for property owners and management teams. This may include hardware replacement, appliance adjustments, cabinet repairs, door adjustments, minor troubleshooting, caulking, trim repair, and other small corrections that help improve the final presentation and functionality of the property.
