This package includes the Basic Turnover scope: full-apartment cleaning and sanitation, trash removal, carpet cleaning where applicable, move-in preparation, rekeying, minor touch-ups, haul-off and general turnover preparation.
It adds common fixture work such as faucet replacement, toilet repair or replacement, garbage disposal replacement, light fixtures, switches, outlets, ceiling fans, thermostats, smoke detectors and other reasonable turnover corrections.
Drywall and wall restoration can include patchwork, nail-hole repair, crack repair, texture matching, tape-and-float correction, caulking, repaint touch-ups and cosmetic wall restoration.
Punch-list completion may include hardware replacement, appliance adjustments, cabinet repair, door adjustments, trim repair and practical troubleshooting that improves the final presentation and function of the unit.
